Services & Client Responsibilities

​We provide design, illustration, branding, and marketing services as agreed in your project.

The Client must provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback. Delays caused by the Client may affect timelines.

Studio Otterly reserves the right to modify services or project timelines as necessary.

Payments, Intellectual Property & Revisions

A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required to start work; full payment is due upon project completion.

All original work remains Studio Otterly’s property until full payment is received. After payment, the Client is licensed to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.

Project quotes include 2 rounds of revisions; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Liability, Termination & Legal

Studio Otterly delivers services with professional care but cannot guarantee specific results. The Client is responsible for reviewing all deliverables.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the competent courts of Cyprus.
